Master Plan and Zone 3
Mpesa Foundation has supported the development of the park design and architecture master plan.
The objectives:
- Geospatial survey of the park and of the river area with accuracy of +/- 300mm and data points every 1.2mts. Plus other analytical images such as gradient analysis, drainage network etc.
- Develop a broad Masterplan drawing.
- Develop specific strategies, design and implementation plans for each of the following sections of the Masterplan:
- Signages (park utilities signages – sponsors/donors signages – paths signages)
- Benches
- Zone 3 (inclusive of entrance and parking area)
- Solutions for two play area in the central loan and near the main house. Considering the removal of the Banda as a feasible solution.
- Paths
- River Area
- Continue to offer guidance as part of the infrastructure committee advisory board.
